National Family Day

National Family Day is celebrated in March. While some calendars list March 24th as the actual holiday, other calendars list March 25th as the official date. So why not celebrate on both days to make sure you don't miss it?

Since many of us lead busy and hectic lives, it is often difficult to spend quality time with the family. But spending time with one another as often as possible is very important. Through interaction and communication, the family structure grows and becomes closer.

Family Fun:

  • Make a free Family Tree together.

  • Play a fun game of Bingo – Just print out the free Bingo cards and numbers.

  • Send a free Family Day eCard to loved ones.

  • Get a family portrait taken by a professional photographer.

  • Have a family party. Set aside a night for family entertainment.

  • Turn off the phones and all electronic devices.

  • Make or order a pizza.

  • Watch an old classic like Harry and the Hendersons, ET, Beethoven, Mary Poppins, The Wizard of Oz, Lady and the Tramp, The Lion King or Free Willy.

Whether your family resembles the Brady bunch, Cleavers, Bundy's or Munsters, cherish the time you have together. But no matter what kind of family you are a part of, families are priceless.
