Easy Easter Fudge Recipe – Super Simple 2-Ingredient Fudge
1 12-ounce package of white chocolate chip morsels
1 container of ready to spread, store-bought strawberry, mint chocolate, cream cheese or flavor/color frosting you prefer. Do not use whipped frosting
Prepare a 9x9 or 8x8 pan by lightly spraying your favorite non-stick spray or by lining the bottom of the pan with lightly sprayed aluminum foil, leaving the ends out to serve as “handles” for easy lifting.
Pour chips in microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave or in double –boiler over low heat on top of stove.
Stir until chips are melted and smooth.
When chips are melted, remove from heat and stir in container of frosting.
Spoon or pour the fudge mixture into prepared pan.
Cover and refrigerate until fudge is cooled and firm.
Add decorative candies, eggs, sprinkles, decorative sugars or other fun and "eggciting" toppings!
Feel free to add your favorite nuts or shredded coconut too.
Using pretty Easter themed cookie cutters like bunnies or eggs, cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
IF you happen to have any leftovers, store in airtight container.
