Not to be confused with International Picnic Day, which is also observed today, this annual “holiday” is observed each year on June 18 Why not observe the event by slowing down a little and enjoying life a lot more? Turn off the electronic devices, put your feet up and relax.

It’s estimated that 60 million American adults will suffer from panic attacks at some point in their lives. And if you’ve ever had one, you know how scary they can be. And to make matters worse, once you have had one, you worry about having another one.
